12 AH lithium-ion battery. The HRX-BE comes standard with a 12 AH lithium-ion battery. It also has two battery bays, allowing you to easily add a second optional battery for additional run time. Each 12 AH battery can power approximately 45 minutes of run time, or about .37 acres, depending on your mowing conditions.
Roto-Stop®: Transport the mower without the blades. Honda's Roto-Stop® blade stop system allows you to use the mower's self-propel without having to use the blades. Saves battery life while transporting the mower and allows you to transport over gravel and other areas. Select Drive: Simple, precision speed control. The HRX-BE offers Honda's exclusive e-Select Drive electric transmission, with precise speed control that's fully adjustable from 0 to 4 mph. It's easy and convenient to increase or decrease your speed with the touch of a button. And e-Select Drive offers incredible performance, with a rapid response time and a brisk ramp-up speed.
Rust-free, no-dent NeXite® mowing deck. The HRX's 21" deck is made of NeXite®. This high-impact resistant material does not dent, rust, or corrode over time. Designed for superior air flow, the deck also improves your cut quality.
Large 9" ball bearing wheels. Ball bearings in all four wheels offer better maneuverability, smoother drive, and increased durability. LED Headlight, a LED headlight supports early morning and late afternoon mowing sessions.
